Jen Hiles has always had a flare for unique yet sophisticated style. Born and raised in North Dakota, she knew at a young age that New York would be the place where she would showcase her artist talent and passion for the beautiful. After refining her skills with design internships at Lupton Rausch in Columbus, OH, and Karlsberger in New York City, Jen went on to merge her design ability with her business and client management prowess at Bilhuber & Associates. Her years in hospitality management have given her a special edge that contribute to her ability to juggle multiple projects and service clients with ease. Her first design love was mid-century modern, but she gratefully enjoys the journey of her changing tastes and making her clients look good. Jen received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Ohio State University.
Mia moved from her home in Philadelphia, to join the growing New York office of Discovery Design and the opportunity to fully immerse herself in a creative working environment. Mia was lucky enough to grow up in an artistic home, with parents that are artists and teachers. They renovated both childhood homes (almost) entirely by themselves. It’s safe to say her passion for design began before she can remember! Mia values the semester she spent studying abroad in Florence, Italy, and finds true inspiration in the places and people she meets along the way.
